Talent Privacy Addendum
This Talent Privacy Addendum supplements the Celestial Alliance Entertainment Group Privacy Policy and applies specifically to represented talent, creators, performers, athletes, artists, and their authorized representatives (“Talent”).
1. Talent-Specific Data Collected
In addition to standard personal information, Celestial Alliance may collect and process:
- Platform analytics (views, impressions, engagement, CPMs, conversions)
- Audience demographics and geographic reach
- Campaign performance metrics and deliverable tracking
- Media kits, likeness assets, voice, image, name, and brand identifiers
- Scheduling, availability, and exclusivity window data
- Contractual, financial, and invoicing information
2. Purpose of Processing (Representation Alignment)
Talent data is processed solely for legitimate representation purposes, including:
- Negotiating brand partnerships and appearances
- Measuring and reporting campaign performance
- Enforcing exclusivity, category restrictions, and usage windows
- Advising Talent on pricing, positioning, and long-term strategy
- Fulfilling contractual obligations under representation agreements
3. Likeness, Publicity & Usage Rights (Privacy-Aligned)
Any use of Talent’s name, image, likeness, voice, or persona is governed by:
- The applicable representation agreement
- Campaign-specific agreements and usage riders
- Defined term limits, territories, platforms, and purposes
Celestial Alliance does not authorize third-party usage beyond what is expressly agreed in writing.
4. Exclusivity & Category Protection
Talent data may be used internally to:
- Monitor exclusivity compliance
- Prevent category conflicts
- Enforce blackout periods and restricted industries
This processing constitutes a legitimate business interest and contractual necessity under GDPR/UK GDPR.
5. Talent Rights
Talent may request:
- Access to stored analytics and performance summaries
- Correction of inaccurate personal or campaign data
- Deletion of non-contractually required data upon termination
Certain data may be retained post-termination for legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes.
6. Survival
This Addendum survives termination of representation to the extent required to enforce contractual rights and comply with law.
